Quantuma is seeking a HR Advisor to join the HR Team in Bolton, working three days per week in the office. You will support day-to-day HR operations, handle first-line HR queries and assist with onboarding, employee records and policy implementation.
You will work closely with the HR BP team on employee relations, training coordination, performance reviews and engagement initiatives, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
