About the Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is a structured journey designed to give you both breadth and depth of experience across business and restructuring & insolvency, with opportunities to gain experience in other areas throughout the Group.

Your day-to-day role will be front and centre with fulfilling work as you help colleagues and clients achieve the very best outcomes possible.

Training and Development

Providing the right training is critical to us, this is why your development will be fully supported – In addition to this apprenticeship, we will provide complete support to ensure you know all the “what / where and how’s” you need to. This ensures you have all the foundations you need for a successful career.

Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree level.
  • Minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths.
  • Effective use of IT including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Effective communicator on the phone, in person and in writing.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks and seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Able to take ownership of work tasks and quality.
  • Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Manages own workload and deadlines under supervision.
  • Self-motivated to continuously improve and makes time to learn.
