Assistant Administrator, Restructuring & Insolvency (Graduate)

Position: Assistant Administrator – Graduate (Restructuring and Insolvency)

Location: Glasgow / Edinburgh (1 position)

Duration: 3 years

Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day role will be front and centre, providing fulfilling work as you help colleagues and clients achieve the best outcomes possible. You will support the team in restructuring and insolvency projects, performing analysis, assisting in client communication, and contributing to process improvements.

Training & Development

We provide a fully comprehensive training programme to ensure you have all the foundations to succeed. In addition to the apprenticeship, we offer complete support in terms of the “what / where / how” you need to know.

Qualifications

  • Degree level education
  • Minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths
  • Proficient use of IT: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Effective communication skills – phone, in person, and written
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks and seeing them through to completion
  • Ability to take ownership of work tasks and quality
  • Strong organisation, time‑management and prioritisation skills
  • Can manage own workload and deadlines under supervision
  • Self‑motivated to continuously improve and dedicated to learning
