We are anticipating a substantial increase in referrals from September 2026 and are actively building our local team now in preparation for the new academic year. As a result, we expect plenty of opportunities to become available across Wokingham and the surrounding areas. We work with children and young people who require a more personalised approach to education. Many of the learners we support have needs relating to SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, medical conditions, behavioural challenges, or EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance).

Some individuals may take on just a few hours per week, while others may build towards regular, ongoing work that can be close to full-time.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in education, SEND support, youth work, pastoral care, behaviour support, alternative provision, or similar child-focused roles.
