We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and deliver compassionate, respectful care to our residents, ensuring they enjoy everyday life in our homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to older people, meeting their physical, emotional and social needs.
- Work flexible shifts (including weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays) as our homes operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Adhere to all care protocols, maintain accurate records and promote a safe, positive environment.
- Support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene and medication administration under supervision.
Requirements
- Age 18 years or over.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and a genuine empathy for older people.
- Willingness to complete our first-class in-house training.
