Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Assist students with learning activities, both individually and in groups
- Provide targeted support for students with additional learning needs or disabilities
- Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Support students\’ social and emotional development
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting learners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential
