Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We need the right people to join us and provide the best possible care to our residents, offering support, maintaining dignity and assisting them to enjoy every day living in our Homes.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
- To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
- To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
- To comply with the company's Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
- You will be leading a great care team from the front.
- You will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Care.
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
