- As the Experiential Production Manager you will be accountable for delivering exceptional builds and experiences across a broad spectrum of event formats, as well as print, props and point of sale production.
- You’ll own production projects from initial client briefing to final delivery, working in close partnership with our Client Operations Director, Client Partners, creative and digital teams, to flawlessly deliver projects at pace across the agency.

You should apply if you have:
- Positive, honest and open communication, and a passion for all things experiential and production.
- 5+ years experience within both live and virtual event disciplines, ideally within a highly commercial environment.
- Extensive technical knowledge of build methods/fabrication, technical drawings, print techniques, AV and lighting, and transport and logistics.
- Excellent financial acumen, budgeting and negotiation skills, and have effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes.
- Willingness to regularly travel across the UK, and occasionally internationally, as well as evenings and weekends when required.
- Experience in client facing situations and a ‘never say never’ attitude to go the extra mile.
The role entails:
- Planning and managing the delivery of technical production, within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Producing all project-related documentation, including budgets, crew schedules, staff briefing documents, risk assessments and method statements.
- Attending installs/de-rigs and site visits across the UK and internationally.
- Responsibility for the onsite management of all stakeholders.
- Being responsible for ensuring that delivery methods are compliant with current Health & Safety regulations.
- Building strong partnerships to enable good working relationships with internal teams and our external supplier network.
- Participating actively in new business growth development with the Client Partners’ team, providing technical recommendations and pricing.
- Commercial mindset of profitability, when negotiating and managing agreements with our supplier network.
- Meticulous and highly organised, especially when managing multiple briefs, quotations, invoices and our internal systems.
- Managing our extensive storage facility and client asset inventories.
