A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for producing high quality experiential builds. You’ll be highly experienced in leading end to end event delivery and nurturing client relationships to ensure best in class activations.

Someone who loves being on site and thrives on knitting everything together to create the best experiences for our clients.

As the Senior Event Manager you will be accountable for delivering exceptional builds and experiences across a broad spectrum of event formats, as well as print, props and point of sale production.

You’ll own production projects from initial client briefing to final delivery, working in close partnership with our Client Operations Director, Client Experience Director, Client Partners, creative and digital teams, to flawlessly deliver projects at pace across the agency.

You should apply if you have…

¡Positive, honest and open communication, and a passion for all things events, experiential and production.

¡5+ years experience within both live and virtual event disciplines, ideally within a highly commercial environment.

¡Experience delivering large scale, high profile events with numerous stakeholders, from briefing through to final delivery.

¡Experience managing international and destination events, including the coordination of guests and attendees from multiple countries.

¡Experience in handling guest travel logistics (flights, transfers, accommodation) either directly or via third party supplier.

¡Experience in managing and implementing ambitious venue design including elements such as table dressings, dÊcor, floral arrangements and impactful props.

¡A strong technical knowledge of event production, including build methods/fabrication, AV and lighting, and transport and logistics.

¡Demonstratable experience preparing RAMS/health & safety, logistics and customs documents.

¡Experience managing and running events specifically designed for content creators on events would be highly beneficial.

¡Excellent financial acumen, budgeting and negotiation skills, and have effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes.

¡Willingness to regularly travel acoss the UK, and internationally, as well as evenings and weekends when required.

¡An awareness of sustainable event practices and considerations.

·Experience in client relationship management and a ‘never say never’ attitude to go the extra the mile.

The role entails…

¡Planning and managing the delivery of large scale events and experienctial activations, within a specified timeframe and budget.

¡Coordinating event and project timelines, including consideration for key milestones, sign-offs, dependencies and contingencies.

¡Managing multiple internal, external and client stakeholders in order to deliver an impeccable end result.

¡Total event management onsite, including responsibility for management of all stakeholders and co-ordination of your wider event team.

¡Producing all event-related documentation including budgets, crew schedules, staff briefing documents, risk assessments and method statements.

¡Building strong partnerships to enable good working relationships with internal teams and our external supplier network.

¡Attending installs/de-rigs and site visits across the UK and internationally.

·Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills – always going above and beyond for our clients.

¡Being responsible for ensuring that delivery methods are compliant with current Health & Safety regulations.

¡Commercial mindset of profitability, when negotiating and managing agreements with our supplier network.

¡Meticulous and highly organised, especially when managing multiple briefs, quotations, invoices and our internal systems.

¡Staying ahead of industry trends in events based marketing, bringing fresh ideas and best practices into our activations

What we can offer you

  • A salary of ÂŁ40,000+depending on experience
  • 22days holiday per year + Bank Holidays, Christmas shut down and your birthday

-London based candidates: 1 day min. in our Bournemouth office and 1 day based at Client\’s London offices or onsite at London activations, 3 days from home

-Candidates outside of London: 2 days minimum in our Bournemouth office, 3 days from home
