Not every young person responds to mainstream education. Some need calm support, consistency, and someone who can genuinely help them reconnect with learning and rebuild confidence. Quantum Scholars are looking to engage compassionate and resilient individuals to provide 1:1 SEND tuition and mentoring support to pupils across Ruislip and the wider Hillingdon area. The young people you will support may present with SEND, SEMH, autism, behavioural needs, trauma, anxiety, medical needs, or school avoidance, with many currently accessing EOTAS or alternative provision support.

The Role:
- Deliver 1:1 support and tuition to primary and secondary-aged pupils
- Support students both academically and emotionally
- Sessions may take place in homes, schools, community settings, or online
- Flexible assignments available across Ruislip and Hillingdon
- There is immediate and ongoing demand for tutors, with regular referrals available throughout the academic year
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to travel locally within Ruislip / Hillingdon
- You must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
