Have a current NMC registration with evidence of CPD, as well as experience of working in a care home. Be responsible for achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Staff Members. Provide direction and nursing support for the care team. Provide the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for residents with complex health and social care needs. Maintain high standards in all documentation and person‑centred care plans. Have an awareness of regulatory and safeguarding standards and expectations with regards to the safety of vulnerable adults. Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines/regulations at all times.

- Shift times: 7:30 am–8:00 pm and 8:00 pm–8:00 am
