As the Registered Home Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership of the home, creating a positive culture where residents thrive, colleagues feel valued, and regulatory standards are consistently exceeded.
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable,
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Proven success in achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Inspirational leadership and clear communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance
- Experience with delivery of high end care provision management
- Above all, a compassionate, forwardâ€'thinking approach to care, An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust.
