You’ll be awesome at managing campaigns and activations all the way from brief to delivery. You’re skilled in managing accounts and nurturing client relationships, with the ability to inspire the team around you. You thrive in a fast paced environment where agile working is key and no two days are the same.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience delivering end to end projects, from initial briefing (either client or internally) to final output, managing key stakeholders and briefing third parties along the way, in budget and on time.
- An efficiency mindset with a genuine passion for delivering stand‑out projects, campaigns, events, builds and brand experiences and challenging the status‑quo to achieve exceptional results.
- The ability and flexibility to apply your Project Management skills to a variety of exciting outputs and disciplines – from events to terrace takeovers, websites to print campaigns, and everything in between.
- A relentless can‑do attitude and be obsessively organised, with a drive to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
- A strong sense of resilience and independence – you’ll be happy being out and about either with your team or on your own – and happy working occasional longer days and the odd weekend when required (with TOIL being offered in exchange for this).
- The commitment to continue to grow, learn and develop.
- Proven to be an exceptional client‑centric professional, so general client services and account management skills are essential to ensure the smooth and efficient planning and delivery of projects.
- Attributes like attention to detail, problem‑solving, lateral thinking, budget and time management, planning and reporting are your undisputed bedrock.
- The ability to be an essential partner that can be relied upon to support care for and help your clients in turn ensuring that Quantum is an irreplicable part of their team.
- A knowledge of On Trade and Off Trade channels and key touchpoints on both is preferred, along with an insatiable desire to find and execute new and exciting ways to deliver experiences to our audiences.
- The drive and ability to develop successful supplier relationships ensuring all teams are motivated, inspired and clear on their roles and remit.
