The Role
Our Performance Marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join us in London. In this role, you will own the execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and future paid social platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving high-quality customer acquisition through creative-led performance marketing, combining data-driven optimisation with high-velocity experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and emerging social platforms.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and campaign pacing to deliver against ROAS, CPL and volume targets.
- Monitor campaign performance across key metrics including CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPL and ROAS, making rapid optimisation decisions.
- Develop structured testing programmes across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies and campaign structures.
- Work closely with Creative and other marketers to develop platform-native creative strategies and high-quality creative briefs.
- Turn campaign performance data into actionable creative insights and testing hypotheses.
- Contribute to a high-velocity creative testing programme, continually refreshing messaging, hooks, formats and concepts.
- Collaborate with CRO, Product Operations and Digital Experience teams to optimise the full acquisition journey from ad through to conversion.
- Build and refine audience strategies including prospecting, lookalikes, broad targeting, retargeting and lifecycle audiences.
- Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities within campaign data and translate these into clear commercial recommendations.
- Contribute to daily, weekly and monthly reporting with concise, actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately, with robust tracking, QA and troubleshooting where required.
- Leverage AI tools and platform automation to improve creative production, workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, competitor activity and emerging paid social best practice, bringing new ideas back into the business.
About You
- 2-4 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency, affiliate or in-house performance marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager, with experience of Snapchat, Tiktok or other paid social platforms advantageous.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Experience developing and optimising creative-led performance campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and make commercial decisions quickly.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Curious, proactive and naturally experimental, with a genuine desire to test, learn and improve.
- Confident communicating campaign performance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Data and Product teams.
- Experience within regulated industries.
