We’re looking for a data-driven, creatively minded paid media specialist who’s confident managing end-to-end digital campaigns across Social channels, (Google and programmatic platforms would be a plus). You’ll have a sharp eye for performance metrics, a proactive attitude, and a knack for spotting insights that turn good campaigns into great ones. Whether it’s optimising ad sets, briefing standout creative, or advising on budget splits, you thrive in fast-paced environments where testing, learning, and scaling is second nature.
You should be confident using analytics tools, understanding attribution, and working closely with creatives, strategists, and client leads. This role would suit someone who’s naturally curious, highly organised, and always looking to improve results through experimentation and refinement.

You should apply if you have:
- A passion for digital marketing with 2+ years' experience working across PPC and Paid Social including Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok and Google Ads. Experience in other paid media channels would be an advantage.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to spot campaign issues as well as make suggestions for improvement.
- Developed and managed paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms.
- Experience Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise strategies.
- A passion for being on the pulse of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven to be an exceptional Account Manager. General client services and account management skills are essential to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects.
- Proven skills in project management of jobs through the agency from initial brief through to delivery.
- The ability to be an essential partner that can be relied upon to support, care for, and help your clients, in turn ensuring that Quantum is an irreplicable part of their team.
- A relentless can-do attitude and be obsessively organised, with a drive to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
