Our Company
At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity. Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions. We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale. With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role
Our Marketing team is growing! We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join our team in London. In this role you will own the creative testing engine behind our paid social growth: reading the audience, turning trends into testable concepts within 48 hours, briefing creators and running the brief, produce, analyse, document loop at the volume the platforms now reward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the creative testing engine end to end, from hypothesis and brief through production, analysis and documentation, so every test compounds into the next.
  • Lift creative volume and diversity to 20+ new test ads a month, spanning lo-fi, UGC and trend-first formats alongside polished work.
  • Monitor competitors and platform trends daily, and turn what matters into a testable concept within 48 hours.
  • Source, brief and manage a network of creators, and cut lo-fi edits yourself when speed matters more than polish.
  • Land three or more platform-native creative themes for every new geo and vertical launch, briefed separately for Meta, TikTok and Snap.

About You

  • Several years owning paid social creative end to end, with a track record of test cadence and volume, not a handful of campaigns.
  • Hands-on with UGC and lo-fi production: you source and brief creators, and you can cut the edit yourself.
  • Fluent across Meta, TikTok and Snap, and clear on why one asset resized three ways is not a creative strategy.
  • Build for the middle of the funnel as well as the most-aware buyer, ideally with DTC or performance brand experience outside iGaming.
  • Read creative through hook rate, hold rate and win rate, and run retros so the learning is never lost.
  • You thrive when working as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)
  • Market-Leading Training Programme
  • Recognition & Reward Scheme
  • Annual Company Conference
  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches
  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
