Our Company at Quantum connects global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity. Our mission is clear: to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision is to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions. We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale. With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors.

The Role: Our Business Analytics team is growing! We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in London. In this role, you will help turn our Rewards and Core data into clear, trusted answers, building reporting and analysis that the business actually makes decisions on, and learning to do it AI-natively from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the vertical commercial reporting end to end, measuring monthly gross profit, reconciling it to Finance and presenting numbers the board can trust.
  • Run and evolve the analytics stack: the semantic layer, per-brand P&L, LTV cohorts and Single Customer View.
  • Turn retention economics into decisions, using cohort and CRM uplift analysis to guide where budget is invested.
  • Partner directly with commercial, CRM and Finance stakeholders to answer the questions that move the vertical.
  • Set the reporting standards and mentor junior analysts as the pod grows.

About You:

  • Senior analytics experience owning a commercial vertical end to end, with strong SQL and BigQuery and confident dashboarding in Tableau and via LLMs.
  • Extensive experience building reporting pipelines and challenging them: interrogating the taxonomy, definitions and formulas rather than accepting them as given.
  • AI native in how you work: you build and ship reporting with LLM tooling as a default way of working, not an add-on.
  • Grounded in retention and lifetime value economics, cohort analysis and CRM driven measurement, not only acquisition.
  • Commercial, board facing judgement: you can turn analysis into a recommendation and defend a number to senior stakeholders.
  • You thrive when working as part of a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Get:

  • Private Health Care (Bupa).
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office).
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Competitive Base Salary.
  • Company Bonus Scheme.
  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini).
  • Market-Leading Training Programme.
  • Recognition & Reward Scheme.
  • Annual Company Conference.
  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches.
  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks.

What’s the next step? Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role. We ensure that people are as suitable for us as we are for them.
