The role of Junior Commercial Insights Analyst is part of our growing Commercial Insights team in London. In this role, you'll own real analysis from day one, turning data from across the business into reporting and recommendations that commercial, marketing, and product teams rely on.

  • Own a set of dashboards and reports that leaders check every week.
  • Work across BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau on questions that matter commercially.
  • Partner directly with teams across the business, not behind a request queue.
  • Grow fast, with a clear path toward a Commercial Insights Analyst role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and investigating commercial questions across all areas of marketing, commercial, product, and technology, turning findings into recommendations that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Partnering directly with marketing, product, and commercial teams to scope analytical work.
  • Using data visualisation tools to build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, and Looker with guidance from senior analysts.
  • Building and maintaining models that support commercial decisions, including channel performance, cohort analysis, and GP forecasting.
  • Using AI to accelerate analysis and develop new approaches to problem solving.
  • Writing and optimising SQL queries against BigQuery to answer commercial questions.

About you:

  • Degree in a maths or science-based subject.
  • One to two years of hands-on experience in an analytics or data role, including placements or internships.
  • AI native, using AI to accelerate analysis and challenge your thinking.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and confidence with a BI tool such as Tableau, plus Excel and GA4.
  • Commercially curious, keen to understand the why behind the numbers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines with growing independence.
  • Thrive when working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate findings clearly and with conviction to both technical and non-technical audiences.
