Our Company At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity. Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions. We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale. With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role Our Technology team is growing, and we're looking for a Head of Product to lead and scale our product function as we build the world's most used digital comparison service. If you've led product teams at scaled comparison or affiliate businesses, shaping comparison tools, personalisation engines, content experiences, and lead-gen flows that drive real revenue, this is your chance to do it at an even greater scale, with full ownership of the product function.

As Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, and execution across Quantum's platform. You'll be the senior product voice in the business, setting direction, raising the bar for product excellence, and ensuring everything we build serves both our brand partners and our consumers. You'll work hand in hand with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Data, Engineering, and other leaders across the business to discover their needs and ship solutions that allow us to scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execution & Results Set the prioritisation direction across all product segments at an initiative level, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform investment. Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous delivery, ensuring the team is hypothesis-driven, user-centric, and always shipping incremental value. Own the commercial impact of product decisions and report on product performance revenue, engagement measured by our north star metrics to business stakeholders and board level.
  • Customer Focus - Consumers and Brands Maintain a deep understanding of Quantum's two customers, consumers seeking clarity and brands seeking reach and ensure both perspectives inform every product decision. Working with our commercial team, building external brand partner relationships — diagnosing their needs, proposing solutions that fit within the product vision, and setting clear expectations. Run customer advisory sessions, co-creation sessions, and structured research programmes; go beyond raw feedback to surface the insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Leadership Lead, coach, and grow a small team of Product Managers, creating clear development paths, identifying future leaders, and raising the collective bar for product craft. Shape team structure, hire, and build a team with complementary skills and with a bias for evidence back with data over opinion. Define and continuously improve the product process across the organisation working closely with engineering and commercial partners from discovery through to delivery.
  • Strategy Own and champion the product strategy for the Qi Platform, in close partnership with the executive team (CEO, CMO & CTO) - one that serves our dual mission of driving smarter consumer decisions and delivering measurable value for global brand partners. Translate company OKRs into a coherent portfolio roadmap, connecting every initiative to business outcomes and clearly communicating trade-offs to business and commercial stakeholders. Define north-star metrics and leading indicators that reflect genuine platform health for both consumers and brands.

About You: Demonstrable track record of building and leading high-performing product teams at both business and consumer facing businesses. A track record of shipping products that drove meaningful commercial outcomes, not just feature launches. Understands the global media and comparison landscape deeply. Identifies, informs and prioritises new market opportunities using competitive and differentiation frameworks. Experience building and scaling affiliate-driven products, with a strong direction of using, SEO/GEO, content, personalisation, and lead quality, backed by a deep understanding of what drives consumers to convert. Comfortable partnering with business and commercial stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences. Deep familiarity with modern product practices: dual-track agile, continuous discovery, OKR frameworks, and data-informed experimentation. Experience operating in fast-paced, data-led environments where discovery, experimentation, and quick iteration are the normal and the standard. Last but not least, no ego. You lead through influence, evidence, and care for your team and the people you serve. A bias for customer insight over internal opinion, you default to evidence, not instinct, and you build that culture in your team.

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)
  • Market-Leading Training Programme
