The Role Our Commercial team is growing! We’re looking for a Head of Business Development to join our team in London. In this role you will own new business across our Rewards brands, build a business development function that runs to clear targets, and turn our recent acquisitions into a growing, diversified revenue stream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the new business number for Rewards, building and converting a pipeline of advertiser and partner opportunities across cashback.co.uk and joincustard.co.uk
  • Build a business development function that runs to clear targets, with the pipeline discipline, forecasting and process to hit them
  • Structure and negotiate commercial deals and partnership models across CPA, revenue share and hybrid, through to close
  • Carry the new business engine you build for Rewards across into iGaming, lifting new business and partnership performance group-wide
  • Own the ways of working for new business across the group, defining how we source, qualify, pitch, onboard and service advertiser and partner relationships, and embedding that standard with the commercial and partnerships teams who deliver against it

About You

  • Senior new business or commercial leadership in affiliate, performance marketing, cashback, loyalty or rewards, with a track record against revenue targets
  • Built and led a business development function, not just inherited one: targets, pipeline discipline and process from the ground up
  • A genuine outbound operator who opens advertiser and partner relationships personally, not only manages existing accounts
  • Fluent in commercial models, structuring and negotiating deals across CPA, revenue share and hybrid
  • Experience line managing and coaching a small team of commercial people
  • You thrive when working as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Last but not least, you’ll have no ego!

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
  • Travel Insurance
  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Company Bonus Scheme
  • Paid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)
  • Market-Leading Training Programme
  • Recognition & Reward Scheme
  • Annual Company Conference
  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches
  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
