The Role As a Graduate Paid Media Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our performance marketing team, working across various digital channels to enhance our online presence, support affiliate partnerships, and drive user engagement. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on marketing experience, take on meaningful responsibility, and make a tangible impact. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a proactive mindset and a natural curiosity for solving complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across paid channels (e.g. Meta, Native, Display, Search)
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve performance against key metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, tracked accurately, and aligned with agreed strategies
- Track performance across campaigns, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with clear insights and recommendations
- Support analysis of channel, creative, and audience performance to inform optimisation decisions
- Support the development and execution of experiments across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Test new channels, campaign structures, and optimisation approaches in line with growth initiatives
- Work closely with CRO and Digital Experience teams to align traffic strategy with landing page performance
- Partner with Creative teams to develop and iterate on ad creatives and messaging
- Provide clear feedback based on performance data to improve creative effectiveness
- Ensure alignment between ad messaging and on-site user experience
- Work closely with CRO, UX, Product Operations, and Data teams to support campaign performance and testing initiatives
- Ensure traffic strategy supports wider business goals, including new vertical launches and page type testing
- Contribute to prioritisation discussions to ensure focus on high-impact activity
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business or Digital Marketing (or similar field)
- A proactive self-starter with a drive for results

- Confident and able to work under pressure
