We're looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Freelance Activation Manager based in London to support the delivery of campaigns and activations primarily in London and other locations across the UK. This is a hands-on, feet-on-the-ground role for someone who thrives on bringing plans to life. You'll be equally comfortable conducting site visits, managing installations, delivering POS materials, supporting retail activations and representing brands at events. You’ll be the person making sure everything happens as it should – solving problems, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring every activation is delivered to the highest possible standard. No two days will be the same, so we’re looking for someone who loves variety, takes ownership and enjoys being out in market delivering exceptional work.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience delivering end-to-end projects, activations, events or campaigns from briefing through to execution.
  • Experience managing on-the-ground activations, installations, field marketing or experiential campaigns.
  • A genuine passion for delivering standout brand experiences and bringing campaigns to life.
  • The ability to manage multiple moving parts, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A relentless can-do attitude and the confidence to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve independently.
  • Experience liaising with venues, suppliers, retailers and brand teams.
  • The flexibility to travel regularly across Edinburgh, Glasgow and surrounding areas.
  • A professional, personable approach and the ability to represent leading FMCG brands with confidence.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
  • The ability to work occasional evenings and weekends when activations require it.
