We’re an independent brand experience agency creating big ideas that work in many places. Thinking with ambition. Working with agility. Delivering with impact.
Why we exist? To grow brands through the lens of possibility and potential. To build and inspire a community where brilliant minds connect, brands flourish and consumers act.
Who we work with? Some of the biggest global FMCG clients including Hawaiian Tropic, Kraft Heinz, William Grant and Sons, Dusk and Takis.
Who we’re looking for:
- A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering high quality experiential builds.
- Someone who loves being on site and thrives on knitting everything together to create the best experiences for our clients.
As the Experiential Production Manager you will be accountable for delivering exceptional builds and experiences across a broad spectrum of event formats, as well as print, props and point of sale production. You’ll own production projects from initial client briefing to final delivery, working in close partnership with our Client Operations Director, Client Partners, creative and digital teams, to flawlessly deliver projects at pace across the agency.
Our values:
- Be Hungry: You’re obsessed with our clients, brands & consumer behaviour. You’re always seeking new knowledge. You’re continuously learning from each others’ pooling expertise.
- Be Brave: You’re empowered to do things differently. You’re proactive and resourceful. You’re unafraid to fail.
- Be Brilliant: You never settle for average. You simplify the complex. You sprinkle magic in everything we do.
You should apply if you have:
- Positive, honest and open communication, and a passion for all things experiential and production.
- 5+ years experience within both live and virtual event disciplines, ideally within a highly commercial environment.
- Extensive technical knowledge of build methods/fabrication, technical drawings, print techniques, AV and lighting, and transport and logistics.
- Excellent financial acumen, budgeting and negotiation skills, and have effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes.
- Willingness to regularly travel across the UK, and occasionally internationally, as well as evenings and weekends when required.
- Experience in client facing situations and a ‘never say never’ attitude to go the extra mile.
The role entails:
- Planning and managing the delivery of technical production, within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Producing all project-related documentation, including budgets, crew schedules, staff briefing documents, risk assessments and method statements.
- Attending installs/de-rigs and site visits across the UK and internationally.
- Responsibility for the onsite management of all stakeholders.
- Being responsible for ensuring that delivery methods are compliant with current Health & Safety regulations.
- Building strong partnerships to enable good working relationships with internal teams and our external supplier network.
- Participating actively in new business growth development with the Client Partners’ team, providing technical recommendations and pricing.
- Commercial mindset of profitability, when negotiating and managing agreements with our supplier network.
- Meticulous and highly organised, especially when managing multiple briefs, quotations, invoices and our internal systems.
- Managing our extensive storage facility and client asset inventories.
