We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic client service professional at the top of their game, ready for their next challenge and eager to join a growing team. As an Experiential Account Director, you’ll excel at managing and directing accounts, building strong relationships, and combining a strategic mindset with creative thinking to inspire both clients and colleagues.

You’ll be passionate about delivering high-quality experiential builds and thrive on seamlessly bringing together all elements to create unforgettable experiences. Accountable for delivering exceptional builds and activations across a wide range of clients you’ll own projects from initial client briefing through to flawless final delivery. Working closely with our Client Operations Director, your immediate account management team, creative and digital teams, you’ll lead with pace, precision, and passion.

  • A knowledge of all the key channels of both on and off-trade and touchpoints and an insatiable desire to find new and exciting ways to deliver experiences to our audiences.
  • Positive, honest and open communication, and a passion for all things experiential and production.
  • 5+ years experience within both live and virtual event disciplines, ideally within a highly commercial environment.
  • Excellent financial acumen, budgeting and negotiation skills, and have effortlessly managed complex budgets of varying sizes.
