Dukeminster Court is our bustling care home located in the heart of Dunstable, and is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader to lead and support the team.
Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role on a designated unit.
- Review and update care plans.
- Give personal care to residents.
- Administer medication and ensure social activities are provided during each shift.
Qualifications
- Essential: Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
- Substantial experience working with older people in a residential care setting.
- Passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to residents.
