We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher to join our welcoming secondary school community in North Hertfordshire from January 2026 for two terms, until the end of the academic year.

Our school, rated \’Good\’ by Ofsted, has a strong reputation for nurturing creativity and confidence in our students. You will be joining a supportive Performing Arts department, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons in GCSE and A-Level Drama.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience teaching Drama at GCSE and/or A-Level.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for performance and creative arts education.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Possess the right to work in the UK (please note: no sponsorship is available for this role).
  • Be able to drive, as the school is situated in a rural area.
  • Bring enthusiasm, commitment, and a collaborative approach to teaching.
