Due to the expansion of services, we offer at Quantum Solutions a unique opportunity for an Inspection Services Account Manager to join our team. Continuing our journey from semiconductor materials to imaging products, we will now be offering drone-based inspection services for solar farms and other infrastructure objects across the UK and internationally.
As Inspection Services Manager you’ll be responsible for creating and managing our inspection teams from scratch and coordinating with customers on the inspection services delivery. You will look to set up the services with relevant inspection tools, processes, personnel, and establish SOPs and workflows.
ResponsibilitiesReporting to our CEO (Interim) you’ll be integral to establishing a brand new Inspection Services function at Quantum Solutions; implementing processes, setting up and maintaining inspection tools, and building teams across the UK and internationally. You will work closely with our R&D and product teams to understand our imaging solution products and their uses, as well as support our Proof of Concept activities. Arrange inspections, provide quotations, and manage tools and specialist teams as required; liaise with clients to provide full inspection reports and feedback. Manage inspection teams in the UK initially, then grow to establish teams in other countries, ensuring that all individuals and teams feel part of our close‑knit company culture.
QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of drone-based inspection services, from within solar, wind, or agriculture industries, including service set‑up, resource requirements, and practical troubleshooting of inspection issues. Strong team management and supervisory experience of inspection crews, especially with multi‑national teams. Account management experience with the ability to advise upon suitable inspection services, quoting and price negotiation, and flight plans. Excellent organisational skills coordinating teams and tools across multiple nations. Proactive team player attitude; close liaison with product teams, Admin, Management, and HR.
