We need an enthusiastic and passionate Strategist with insatiable curiosity about the world around them. You’ll develop insightful, simple and compelling brand plans and campaigns grounded in real-world thinking. You’ll have a willingness and enthusiasm to roll up sleeves and dive into every project, challenge and task that comes your way.

- Strong strategic thinking, building clear, evidence-led direction from brand, audience behaviour, category dynamics, and cultural insight.
- The instinct to define a single-minded strategic thought that inspires creative teams and gives them confident guardrails.
- Confidence leading activation planning and channel strategy across in-store, retail experience, digital, experiential, and on-trade.
- A talent for crafting and presenting compelling strategic narratives - from insight to idea to activation plan - in a way that lands with clients.
- Collaborative working style, partnering closely with account and creative teams to steer work through feedback, trade-offs, and stakeholder complexity.
- A test-and-learn mindset, building measurement and learning plans that define what success looks like and how insights will inform future work.
- Solid below-the-line experience (promotions, POS, field, experiential, CRM/direct where relevant).
- Confident workshop, writing and presentation skills - able to tell a strategic story crisply and persuasively.
- Appreciation of consumer brands and curiosity into what makes them successful.
- Skills to write clear and compelling brand platforms, taglines, manifestos and stories; and create competitor analyses to inform brand plans.
