Housekeeper you will maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and have a welcoming tidy environment, through compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting resident's wellbeing.,
- You'll help create a homely and caring atmosphere for our residents and ensure the quality of their lives is maximised.
- Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties, ie sanitising rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and changing and making beds, with cored disposal of waste.
- Provide support with Laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies
- Following health and safety policies and procedures.
You must have relevant experience or willing to learn the necessary skills. - A positive, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents.
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and infection control.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic., An Overseas Police Check/ Certificate of Good Conduct may be required if you have lived or worked outside the UK for 12 Months or more, spent a significant period overseas, or worked abroad in a position of trust. This will be in addition to a mandatory Enhanced DBS check.
