Quantum Scholars are looking to engage caring and resilient individuals to provide 1:1 SEND tuition and mentoring support to pupils across Hayes and the wider Hillingdon area. Many of the young people we support are currently outside of mainstream education and may experience challenges linked to SEND, SEMH, autism, trauma, behavioural needs, anxiety, medical needs, or school avoidance. This type of support can have a genuinely lasting impact on a young person's confidence, engagement, and future.

The Role
- Deliver 1:1 tuition and mentoring support to primary and secondary-aged pupils
- Support learners both academically and emotionally
- Sessions may take place in homes, schools, community settings, or online

- There is immediate and ongoing demand for tutors, with regular referrals available throughout the academic year.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to travel locally within Hayes / Hillingdon
