p strong Accounts Assistant – Full Time /strong /p p 📍 strong Maidenhead /strong /p p 💷 strong £27,000–£30,000 per year, depending on experience /strong /p p 🕘 strong Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm /strong /p p 🏢 strong Office based /strong /p p br /p p Quantum Tuning is looking for an organised and reliable strong Accounts Assistant /strong to join our team at our Maidenhead office. /p p This is a full-time, hands-on role primarily responsible for the day-to-day processing of our accounts and ensuring that our transactions in strong Xero /strong are accurate and kept up to date. /p p br /p p strong The role will include: /strong /p ul li Processing and recording purchase invoices /li li Checking and processing supplier invoices /li li Reconciling bank transactions in Xero /li li Matching payments against invoices /li li Checking customer and supplier accounts /li li Investigating and resolving discrepancies /li li Assisting with payment runs /li li Helping with credit control where required /li li Maintaining accurate financial records /li li General accounts and administrative support /li /ul p br /p p strong About you /strong /p p Were looking for someone who is accurate, organised and comfortable dealing with a reasonable volume of financial transactions. /p p Previous experience working in an accounts or bookkeeping environment would be ideal, and strong experience using Xero would be a significant advantage /strong . /p p You dont need to be a qualified accountant. Whats more important to us is that youre numerate, methodical, comfortable using accounting software and able to take responsibility for keeping the day-to-day accounts organised and accurate. /p p Youll also need to be comfortable communicating with suppliers, customers and other members of the team when something doesnt quite add up. /p p br /p p strong The position /strong /p p This is a permanent, full-time position based at our strong Maidenhead office /strong , working strong Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm /strong . /p p br /p p strong About Quantum Tuning /strong /p p Quantum Tuning is an established automotive technology company providing ECU tuning software and services to a large network of dealers in the UK and internationally. /p p Were a relatively small team, so this isnt a role where youll disappear into a large finance department.
