Quantum Traffic Management is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable people to join our London team as NHSS 12A/B/C/D Traffic Management Operatives. Whether you’re an experienced Operative or completely new to the industry, we’ll invest in your development. What You'll Be Doing

• Setting up, monitoring and removing temporary traffic management systems, including signage, cones, barriers and safety equipment.




• Implementing approved traffic management plans in line with industry standards and safety regulations.




• Supporting roadworks, utility projects, highways works and events.




• Keeping road users, colleagues and the public safe at all times.




• Monitoring site conditions and responding to changing traffic management requirements.




• Working closely with supervisors, clients and colleagues to deliver safe, efficient and professional services.




• Completing site documentation and following company procedures and health and safety requirements.

This is a hands‑on, outdoor role where every day can be different. You’ll need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions and flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced Operatives: We welcome candidates with existing NHSS 12A, 12B, 12C and/or 12D qualifications.




• New starters: No previous traffic management experience? No problem. We’ll provide training and support to help you get started.




• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.




• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.




• A commitment to health and safety.




• The ability to work outdoors, carry out manual handling tasks and use equipment safely.




• A full UK driving licence and reliable transport to reach sites across London and the surrounding areas.




• Flexibility to work varied hours depending on project requirements.
