Role Purpose
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the effective management of contracts across offshore wind projects, from procurement through execution and close-out. The role ensures contractual risk is managed, commercial value is protected, and contractual obligations are met in line with project, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management
- Lead the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts (e.g. EPC, EPCI, T&I, O&M, vessel charters, OEM supply agreements).
- Manage contracts throughout the full project lifecycle, from tendering and award through execution, variation management, and final close-out.
