An excellent opportunity has arisen at a leading City-based bank for a 1LOD Privacy Manager to support the delivery of the bank’s Privacy Risk programme. The role will involve managing members of the Privacy Risk team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight, while supporting their ongoing development. The team is responsible for promoting and maintaining strong first line of defence (1LOD) ownership of Privacy Risk across the business.

You will work closely with stakeholders to embed Privacy by Design into key change initiatives, ensure adherence to the bank’s global privacy framework and control standards, maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA), and support the completion of Privacy Risk Assessments.

The ideal candidate will have previous 1LOD privacy experience and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business, translating complex privacy concepts into clear and practical guidance.
