About the Role As a SEND Primary and Secondary Tutor, you will work on a 1:1 basis with primary and secondary-aged pupils (5-16 years) who are currently unable to access mainstream education.
Every learner is different, so you ll tailor your approach to meet their individual academic, emotional, and social needs.
Alongside supporting learning, you ll play a key role in building positive relationships, encouraging engagement, developing confidence, and creating a safe, supportive environment where each young person can thrive.
