Pay: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience Quantum Scholars are looking for caring, reliable and experienced Primary Tutors to support primary-aged children in and around Glastonbury, Somerset.
This is an in-person tuition role.
Tuition will take place in the child s home and/or a suitable community setting, depending on the individual referral.
Please note that this is not online work, so applicants must be able to travel to Glastonbury and the surrounding areas.
We work with children who may be educated other than at school, awaiting a suitable placement, or in need of additional personalised support.
Tuition is usually delivered on a 1:1 basis and is tailored to the needs, ability and circumstances of each child.
We are interested in tutors with strong primary experience who can support core learning across areas such as English, Maths, phonics, reading, writing, communication, confidence and engagement.
The successful tutor will be able to provide a nurturing, flexible and child-centred approach, building positive relationships and delivering engaging sessions that support progress and re-engagement with education.
