Quantum Scholars is an approved provider within Hillingdon's Alternative Provision network. Due to ongoing referrals from Hillingdon Council, we are expanding our team of SEND Tutors and Learning Mentors. Immediate work is available, with substantial growth expected from September 2026 and ongoing opportunities throughout the academic year.

As a 1:1 SEND Tutor and Learning Mentor, you will support children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education. Working on a one-to-one basis, you will provide personalised tuition, mentoring and learning support to help students build confidence, engage with education and achieve positive outcomes. Students may be primary or secondary age and present with needs including Autism, SEMH, anxiety, EBSA, trauma-related difficulties, medical needs and other barriers to learning. Support is typically delivered within students' homes, with parents or carers present, although some students may access support in community settings or as part of a transition back into education.
