SEND Science Tutor - EOTAS Student Working arrangement: In-person Quantum Scholars is looking for a supportive, patient and experienced SEND Science Tutor to work on a one-to-one basis with an EOTAS student. This is an in-person tutoring role and is not online work. The role will involve providing tailored Science tuition to a student who would benefit from a flexible, personalised approach to education. You will be expected to build a positive and trusting relationship with the student, adapt your teaching to their individual learning needs and interests, and help develop their confidence, engagement and progress in Science. The successful tutor will be able to create engaging and accessible lessons while remaining flexible to the student s pace and individual circumstances. Experience supporting young people with SEND or those who have found mainstream education challenging would be particularly beneficial.
