Quantum Scholars are currently working with a well-regarded secondary school in Reading that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their thriving Maths department as soon as possible. This is a full-time role initially until February half-term, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners
- Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Contributing to the wider Maths department through collaboration and sharing best practice
- Supporting students' academic and personal development
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Maths at secondary level
