We are delighted to be working with a high-profile independent school in Kensington, Central London, to recruit a full-time Science Tutor for a September 2026 start. For the right candidate, part-time work (three days per week) will also be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-achieving academic environment, supporting students who are highly motivated, focused, and committed to their academic development. The role is ideal for an experienced tutor or educator who enjoys working closely with pupils and making a meaningful impact on progress.

The Role
  • One-to-one tuition and small group teaching in Chemistry, Physics and/or Maths
  • Supporting secondary-aged students within the school setting
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to complement the wider curriculum
  • Delivering tailored, high-quality academic support
The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a strong and relevant degree in Chemistry, Physics and/or Maths
  • QTS is not essential, but strong subject expertise is essential
  • Previous experience teaching or tutoring in a private or independent school would be highly advantageous
  • Professional, engaging, and confident working with academically ambitious students

  • Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time (3 days per week) considered
