Quantum Scholars are working alongside a vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in Buckinghamshire who are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to join their successful Languages Department on a permanent basis after October half-term.

The successful candidate will primarily teach French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right applicant.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and inspiring French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student progress.
- Monitor and assess student achievement, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the continued success and development of the MFL department.
- Participate in the wider life of the school, including meetings, parents' evenings, and enrichment activities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching French and Spanish in a UK secondary school.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to raising achievement and supporting students of all abilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
- Must have a full Right to Work in the UK - No sponsorship available.
