Quantum Scholars are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide 1:1 SEND tuition and mentoring support to pupils across Hereford and the surrounding area. The young people we support are often outside of mainstream education and may present with a range of needs including SEND, SEMH, autism, behavioural challenges, trauma, anxiety, medical needs, or school avoidance. This is rewarding work where consistent support and positive relationships can make a genuine difference to a young person’s confidence and future.

Requirements
