Quantum Scholars is working alongside a well-established and ambitious secondary school in Slough, which is seeking a talented and dynamic Head of Department for Economics and Business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator to take on a leadership role in a forward-thinking school. This will be a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025! Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Economics and Business department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
- Develop and implement a departmental vision and strategy aligned with the school's goals and priorities.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that stimulate critical thinking.
- Monitor student progress and provide interventions to support their achievement.
