Quantum Scholars is currently recruiting experienced SEN tutors to deliver 1:1 home and off‑site tuition for pupils accessing alternative provision or Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS) across Wokingham and the surrounding areas of Berkshire. This role involves supporting pupils who are not currently in mainstream education. Many of the students we work with have additional needs, including SEND, ADHD, Autism, SEMH, behavioural challenges, or medical conditions. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to work closely with individual pupils, delivering tailored lessons that help build confidence, strengthen core academic skills, and support their transition back into education. Sessions typically take place in the pupil's home or within a suitable community setting. Tutors are responsible for planning and delivering lessons that meet each learner's individual needs.

Requirements

- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive, supportive relationships.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Experience delivering core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
- Ability to travel to Wokingham and surrounding areas for in‑person sessions.
- Not offering Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applications requiring sponsorship cannot be considered.
