This is a long-term supply role with the exciting potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school by: Supervising classes during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups. Managing classroom behavior effectively and ensuring that school policies are upheld. Providing support to students, encouraging engagement and learning. Liaising with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure continuity of education for all students.
