We are pleased to be working in partnership with a prestigious independent school in Central London, to appoint a full-time or part-time Computer Science Tutor for a September 2026 start.

Part-time working (three days per week) may also be considered for the right candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-achieving academic environment, supporting motivated and focused secondary-aged students who are committed to their academic progress. The role would suit an educator who enjoys delivering high-quality, targeted Computer Science tuition and making a meaningful difference to student outcomes.

The Role

  • Delivering Computer Science tuition at secondary level, including GCSE and potentially A Level
  • Providing one-to-one tuition and small group sessions within the school setting
  • Supporting students through tailored academic guidance and enrichment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to complement the wider curriculum

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a strong, relevant degree in Computer Science or a closely related subject
  • QTS is not essential; however, excellent subject knowledge and confidence teaching at secondary level are essential
  • Experience teaching within a private or independent school setting would be advantageous
  • Professional, engaging, and confident when working with academically ambitious students
