  • Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)

The Role

You will provide personalised, face-to-face support tailored to each learner's individual needs through:

  • SEND and SEMH interventions
  • Academic, social and emotional support
  • EOTAS (Education Otherwise Than At School) provision
  • Alternative Provision support
  • Confidence-building and learner engagement activities

Sessions are typically delivered in a learner's home or within an appropriate community setting, enabling you to provide flexible, individualised support.

With a growing number of referrals expected from September 2026, we are keen to establish a reliable team of tutors and support staff across Herefordshire, including Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Leominster, Ledbury, Bromyard, Kington, and surrounding areas. These opportunities are ongoing throughout the academic year.
