\\n\\nThe successful candidate will:\\n\\nTeach Art and Design to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for Key Stage 5 depending on experience.\\n\\nDeliver engaging, dynamic, and inclusive lessons that foster creativity, skill development, and an appreciation for visual arts.\\n\\nDevelop schemes of work that reflect the national curriculum and integrate contemporary art practices and digital media where appropriate.\\n\\nSupport student achievement through high-quality teaching, assessment, and feedback.\\n\\nContribute to whole-school arts initiatives, exhibitions, enrichment activities, and cross-curricular projects.\\n\\nUse a variety of media, including digital tools, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media, to develop students' artistic confidence and technical skills.\\n\\nCandidate Requirements\\n\\nTo be considered for this position, applicants should have:\\n\\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).\\n\\nA degree in Art and Design or a closely related subject.\\n\\nA strong portfolio of teaching experience, ideally within UK secondary schools.\\n\\nExcellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for art education.\\n\\nStrong classroom and behaviour management skills.\\n\\nCommitment to inclusive teaching practices, differentiated learning, and continuous professional development.\\n\\nA creative and collaborative approach to working within a team.\\n\\nMust be able to start in September 2025!How to Apply:\\n\\nIf you're ready to inspire the next generation of artists and contribute to a dynamic and supportive school, please apply directly via this advert.
