The predicted salary is between 23000 - 27000 £ per year.
We are looking to build a dedicated network of SEND Tutors, SEMH Tutors, Mentors, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, Pastoral Support Staff, and SEND Support Workers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
Many of the learners we support are currently outside mainstream education and may present with:
- SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Anxiety and other mental health needs
- Trauma and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)
- Medical needs
- Behavioural challenges
- Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)
The Role: You will provide personalised, face-to-face support tailored to each learner's individual needs through:
- One-to-one tuition and mentoring
- SEND and SEMH interventions
