The role Our Commercial Insights team is growing! We're looking for a Graduate Commercial Insights Analyst to join our team in London. This is where an analytics career starts. You'll learn how a high-growth business really runs on data, working alongside experienced analysts on the numbers that shape commercial decisions.
- Learn the full Quantum data stack, from BigQuery and SQL through to Tableau and GA4

Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau with guidance from senior analysts
- Pull and clean data from BigQuery and GA4 to support recurring analysis
- Run first‑pass analysis on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics
- Turn findings into clear, simple summaries for commercial, marketing, and product teams
- Learn Quantum's analytics practices and data stack, building toward owning your own areas
About you:
- A recent or upcoming degree in a maths or science based subject
- A genuine interest in data and the commercial decisions it drives, with some hands‑on exposure to Excel or SQL through study, a placement, or personal projects
- Curious by nature, keen to understand why the numbers move the way they do
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain findings simply
- Organised and reliable, able to manage your own tasks and hit deadlines
- You thrive when working as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal English skills
